Who we are
Somabyte builds websites, apps and software from Cumilla, Bangladesh. This policy covers the somabyte.bd website. Questions: info@somabyte.bd
What we collect
Only what you type into the contact form: your name, your email or phone number, the kind of work you need, and your message. We also note the country your connection comes from, so we know which hours suit you for a reply.
There are no adverts, tracking cookies or analytics on this site. Your choice of Bengali or English is remembered only in your own browser.
Why
Only to answer you and talk about your project. We never sell or share your details, and we never send marketing email you did not ask for.
Where it is kept
Form messages are stored securely with Cloudflare and delivered to our mailbox at Hostinger. Both hold the data only to run this website and our email.
How long
Up to two years after our conversation ends, then deleted. If we sign a contract, its records are kept for as long as the law requires.
Your rights
To see what we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted, write to info@somabyte.bd. We usually do it within a week.
